If I want to buy a custom design

A personalized design is any design that includes a name, a phrase with a name, or is based on a photo of someone who is not famous or well-known.

If you purchase a design request instead of a custom design, you can buy this upgrade.

If I want to buy a design that is not on the website

You can purchase a design that is not on the web and is not personalized simply by requesting that it be uploaded to the web. (note delay in publication)

Revision & Modification Policy

Please note that once a design is delivered, we only make corrections if there was a clear error on our part based on the original instructions. We do not offer free edits for additional changes, vague descriptions, or missing details.

Edits such as removing or adding parts (walls, dots, shapes, etc.) are considered full modifications, as they often require almost the same time as creating a new design. These changes are not considered quick fixes.

To avoid extra charges, please make sure to provide clear and complete instructions before we start the design. If changes are requested after delivery, a new payment will be required.
